Brownie Berry Parfaits

I’m taking a few weeks off from the blog to spend some time with our little man and learn how to survive on 3 hours of sleep and baby giggles. While I’m away, some generous friends have offered to share their mad blogging skills here on NeighborFood. I can’t wait for you to meet my friend Emily of Jelly Toast. Emily is a fellow Ohioan and one of the sweetest ladies I know. She takes killer photos and has the recipes to match. Today she brought us these Brownie Berry Parfaits for a patriotic Labor Day treat!

Hi Everyone! I’m Emily from Jelly Toast and I’m here while Courtney is enjoying some much needed time off with her new little one 🙂 With Summer officially nearing an end and Labor Day right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to put together a quick, make-ahead dessert that is not only picnic worthy, but also a bit patriotic. These Brownie Berry Parfaits are sweet little mason jars with layers of rich brownie, fresh berries and sweet whipped cream. Enjoy!

Head over to Emily’s blog to get the recipe for these cute portable desserts!
