Blackberry  Peach Cobbler

This dynamite Blackberry Peach Cobbler features a shattering, crisp cake batter crust that is absolutely irresistible.

INGREDIENTS

For the fruit:

Peaches

Blackberries

Brown sugar

Zest from 1/2 a lemon

Squeeze lemon juice

STEP 1

INSTRUCTIONS

Grease a 9 inch square pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Add the peaches and blackberries to the square pan.

STEP 2

In an electric mixer, beat together the softened butter and 3/4 cup granulated sugar until they're combined with a sandy texture, about 2 minutes.

STEP 3

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and beat until crumbly, another minute.
