What You'll Need:

Olive Oil

Dried Oregano

Fresh Lemon Juice


Salt and Pepper

Once your beef is marinated, thread it onto skewers.

Preheat your grill to medium high heat, or about 400 degrees.

Place your skewers on the grill, cover, and cook until each side is browned and caramelized, about 2 minutes per side.

Remove from the grill, tent with foil, and rest for 15 minutes so the juices redistribute throughout the meat.
