Hibachi Steak

INGREDIENTS

Sirloin steak

Kosher salt and pepper

Garlic

Unsalted butter

Neutral cooking oil

Hibachi sauce

              INSTRUCTIONS Prep the hibachi sauce.  In a measuring cup, stir together soy sauce, mirin, and honey.

Prep the steak.  Chop the steak into bite size pieces, then sprinkle all sides with Kosher salt and pepper.
