Lucky Charms

All-purpose flour

Baking powder

Baking soda

Whole milk

Salt

Large eggs

For the cupcakes:

              INSTRUCTIONS For the cupcakes: STEP 1 In a medium sized bowl or measuring cup, combine Lucky Charms and milk. Set the mixture aside and allow the Lucky Charms to soak for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STEP 2 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cupcake tray with 12 paper liners. Set aside.

STEP 3

In another bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Add the vegetable oil followed by half the flour, beating until well combined.
