INSTRUCTIONSSTEP 1Cook the pasta al dente. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions for al dente.
STEP 2Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a large saute pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the pancetta and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.

Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the chicken broth, using a spatula or wooden spoon to scrape up any crispy bits from the bottom of the pan.
