Strawberry gelatin

Boiling water

For the crust:

Pretzel twists

For the jello:

Granulated sugar

Unsalted butter

              INSTRUCTIONS Plan Ahead:  The cream cheese needs to be softened in advance. Depending on what season it is when you’re making this, it could be a matter of minutes or an hour.

STEP 1

Make the jello:  Stir boiling water into the gelatin mix for about 2 minutes, or until the powder is completely dissolved.
