Why Use Simple Syrup

INGREDIENTS

Water

Granulated sugar

Pure vanilla extract

              INSTRUCTIONS Combine the water and sugar in a sauce pan and heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.

STEP 1

Turn the heat off and stir in the vanilla extract.  Allow to cool before transferring to a glass container.  Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
