Merry Christmas + Top Posts of 2015!

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas from my little crew to yours! As always, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for all of you who read, comment, and make the recipes from this blog. You are my tribe, and I’m thankful each day that I get to do what I love–share great food and conversation with folks like you.

I’m going to be taking some time off until the New Year to rest, celebrate, and enjoy time with family. I hope you have a wonderful holiday, filled with the hope of a God who came close, a Savior who dared to enter our mess and buy our freedom with his death and resurrection.

I’ve rounded up a few of my top posts from this past year in case you get the cooking bug next week! There’s a great mix of easy weeknight favorites and special occasion dishes. None of my dessert recipes made the top 5 in page views (where are all my sweets lovers at??), but I couldn’t resist throwing in my personal favorites. I hope you all enjoy the holidays! I’ll be back with fresh recipes in 2016!

The Top Posts of 2015-- these are tried and true favorites!

Garlic Rosemary Prime Rib Roast– Who says you have to save this for a holiday? Why not treat yourself to some gorgeous prime rib? It’s easier than you think!

Creamy Chicken Sausage Tortellini Soup– This is what you’ll want to eat all January long.

Ground Beef Gyros– A super flavorful 30 minute meal. Great for busy weeknights!

Chocolate Fluffernutter Ritz Cookies– I just made these a few weeks ago, but I’ve made them twice already since then. Fun, festive, and an easy dessert for entertaining.

Potatoes Anna– Super buttery, tender herbed potatoes with a gorgeous presentation. It’s no surprise this made the top 5.

Pear Bundt Cake with Browned Butter Glaze– Hands down my FAVORITE dessert I made all year!

Roasted Broccoli Cheese Casserole– This retro favorite was reinvented with a from scratch recipe that’ll knock your socks off.

Mom’s Cream Cheese Pound Cake– A classic. Perfect with berries and whipped cream in the summer or caramel sauce in the winter.
