Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Pomegranate Honey Glaze

Honey

Pork tenderloin

Kosher salt

Pomegranate juice

Ground black pepper

Olive oil

Bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

STEP 2

Set aside 2 Tablespoons of the pomegranate juice. Combine the remaining pomegranate juice and honey in a small pot. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium high heat, stirring often.

STEP 3

Generously sprinkle the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. In a large oven proof skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
