For the cinnamon syrup:

Water

Brown sugar

Cinnamon sticks

Vanilla extract

For the lattes:

Espresso or 4 oz. strong brewed coffee

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the milk on the stove top or in the microwave until steaming, but not boiling.
