Corn Souffle  | Easy Corn Casserole

This creamy sweet Corn Soufflé recipe is one of our favorite easy side dishes for the holidays!

Corn casserole is the perfect accompaniment to Oven Roasted Turkey or Honey Baked Ham and a great vegetarian and gluten free option for guests! 

INGREDIENTS

Eggs

Unsalted butter

Granulated sugar

Milk

Cornstarch

Cornmeal

Corn kernels

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish or a 3 quart flat oval baking dish.

In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a whisk. Whisk in the butter and sugar.

STEP 3

In another bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together the milk, cornstarch, and cornmeal until smooth.
