Roasted Balsamic Cranberry and Brie Crostini

Butter

Olive oil

French baguette

Fresh cranberries

Balsamic vinegar

Sugar

Rosemary

Triple cream brie

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

STEP 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the butter and olive oil. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with mixture and line them up on a baking sheet.
