Sea Salt Truffles combine a chocolate truffle made with sweetened condensed milk then dipped in semi-sweet chocolate and sprinkled with flaky sea salt for a rich.

INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 In a double boiler or heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, heat the chocolate and the sweetened condensed milk over medium low heat.

STEP 2 Allow the bowl to cool slightly, then cover and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.

STEP 3 Using a cookie dough scoop or spoon, roll the truffle mixture into tablespoon sized balls.
