Hibachi Fried Rice Recipe

Unsalted butter

Yellow onion

Frozen peas and carrots

Garlic

Eggs

Cooked and cooled white rice

Salt and pepper

              INSTRUCTIONS Sauté onion.  In a large heavy duty skillet, melt one tablespoon of butter over medium heat.  Add the onion and Sauté until starting to soften, about three minutes.

STEP 1

Add vegetables and garlic.  Stir in the frozen vegetables and cook until heated through another few minutes.  Stir in the garlic and Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
