Ingredients

  • 1 - 12 eggs (at room temperature *see note)
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Place as many eggs as you would like in the basket of an air fryer. They can be close together, but should not be stacked.
  • Set the temperature to 300 degrees and push start. Cook the eggs for 7 minutes for a runny center or up to 11 minutes for a fully cooked, dry center.
  • Use a spoon to transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and allow them to cool. Peel and enjoy!

Notes

  • Older eggs peel the easiest. I recommend using large size eggs that are 1-2 weeks old for this recipe.
  • If your eggs aren't at room temperature, just place them in a bowl of warm water for 2-3 minutes before proceeding with the recipe.
