Air Fryer Potatoes

These Air Fryer Baby Potatoes are the perfect side dish for almost any meal. Crispy, tender, and made with pantry staples, air fried potatoes are a staple in our home!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 1/2 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Follow instructions on your air fryer for preheating. Preheat to 375 degrees.
  • Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut in half.
  • Place the halved baby potatoes in a bowl. Pour the olive oil over the potatoes, then add the seasoning, and use your hands to toss together until the potatoes are coated.
  • Place the seasoned baby potatoes in the air fryer.
  • Air fry for 9 minutes, toss the basket, then air fry another 7-9 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through and crispy.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • These potatoes can be seasoned in many different ways. Feel free to swap out the herbs, finish with fresh parsley or basil, or add shredded Parmesan cheese for the last few minutes of the cook time.
