Ingredients

For each float you will need:

  • 2 - 3 scoops vanilla or caramel ice cream
  • Apple Cider
  • Ginger Ale
  • Caramel sauce (storebought or homemade)

Instructions

  • Scoop 2-3 scoops of ice cream into each glass. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Fill the glass halfway with apple cider. Fill the rest up with ginger ale. Drizzle with more caramel sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the ratios here to your liking. If you just want a little fizz, fill the glass 3/4 full with apple cider and then the rest with ginger ale. Or omit the ginger ale completely for a pure apple cider float!
