Grilled Fluffernutter Sandwich

The Classic Peanut Butter and Marshmallow Fluff sandwich made even better by adding Banana slices and grilling it!

Ingredients
 

For each sandwich you will need:

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 2 Tablespoons butter (at room temperature)
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons marshmallow creme or fluff
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)

Instructions

  • Spread the peanut butter onto one slice of bread.
  • Spread the marshmallow fluff on the other slice of bread.
  • Layer with sliced banana then close the sandwich.
  • Spread the outside of the sandwich with the softened butter.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the pan and grill until both sides are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per sides. Serve immediately with plenty of napkins (and maybe a fork!)

Notes

  • This is messy and may require utensils! But it's well worth the sticky fingers.
