Ingredients
 

For each banana split you will need:

  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • Berries, diced apples, mangoes, or other fruit of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • Sprinkling of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Peel and split the banana in half and place it on a plate or bowl.
  • Put a generous scoop of yogurt on top of the banana.
  • Top with granola, fruits, nuts, and/or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to use whatever combination of yogurt, granola, and fruits you prefer. Nuts and seeds are also a lovely addition!
