Mango Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Cool, creamy Mango Strawberry Smoothies are the perfect antidote for the winter blues. They're made with 5 simple ingredients and have no added sugar!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 ripe mango (peeled, cored, and chopped or 1 cup chopped frozen mango)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana (you can use a room temperature banana, but the smoothie will be less thick)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 - 4 Tablespoons fruit juice (I used Pineapple)

Instructions

  • Combine mango, strawberries, banana, yogurt, and 2 Tablespoons of fruit juice to the blender and puree until smooth.
  • Add additional fruit juice until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Notes

  • Try adding different fruit to swap out the flavor.
