No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients
 

  • 2 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips (I substitute semi sweet chocolate chips sometimes)
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Place the chocolate chips and butter in a measuring cup and microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Spread the chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Place in the refrigerator until set. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • Try different types of chocolate on top. You can even drizzle a contrasting chocolate over the top.
