These Pear, Honey, and Cheddar Biscuits are an easy 10 minute appetizer that's perfect for a party, but so tasty that they just might steal the spotlight from your main course.

Ingredients
 

  • 8 biscuits (store bought or your favorite recipe)
  • 4 small pears (thinly sliced)
  • 8 slices Boar's Head Canadian Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup Boar's Head Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • Honey (for drizzling)

Instructions

  • Split the biscuits in half with the cut side up. Top half of the biscuits with sliced cheddar cheese and the other half with blue cheese crumbles. If desired, place the biscuits under the broiler to melt the cheese and warm the biscuits.
  • Top each biscuit half with three-four thin slices of pear. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can swap out the cheese if you like, but definitely stick to those with strong flavor profiles.
