- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 10 fresh spearmint leaves
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 4 - 6 ice cubes
In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the honey and blend on high until smooth.
Sweeten to taste then serve immediately.
- You can use frozen pineapple instead of fresh, but you'll need to omit the ice cubes and possibly add a bit more liquid.
