Pineapple and Banana Smoothie

These creamy and super refreshing Pineapple and Banana Smoothies get a burst of cooling flavor from fresh mint.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 10 fresh spearmint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 - 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the honey and blend on high until smooth.
  • Sweeten to taste then serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use frozen pineapple instead of fresh, but you'll need to omit the ice cubes and possibly add a bit more liquid.
