Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. sliced smoked turkey breast
  • 3/4 lb. sliced roast beef
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4 pieces leaf lettuce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 cup salt and vinegar kettle chips
  • 4 Cobblestone Bread Co. Toasted Onion Buns

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and green onions. Set aside.
  • To assemble each sandwich, smear the cream cheese on each side of the buns. Divide the turkey and beef evenly among the sandwiches. Top each one with cheese, red onion, lettuce, and salt and vinegar chips. Finish with the top bun and serve immediately.

Notes

  • I highly recommend onion buns. But you can feel free to use any sturdy rolls from the bakery.
