As I’m writing this, my son is jumping on his mini-trampoline right behind me and begging for a snack. That’s a a real life Friday afternoon for ya. Like I shared on Instagram this week, the neatly styled photos certainly don’t tell the full story of this work from home mom and blogger life. There’s a whole lot of chaos behind the camera (and the computer screen)! Still, I wouldn’t trade it for anything else.
For me, meal planning isn’t just a nice little extra piece of organization. It’s my sanity saver. When the week gets crazy, I know I’ve got the ingredients I need each night to make a quick and easy dinner. I hope this week’s plan will be a huge hit for your families and save you from just a little bit of chaos.
