October 2019 Weekly Meal Plan #4
We just returned from a week long vacation up north and I’ve had about all the cider and donuts that I can handle for the year. BUT as the cold (and unfortunately also the rain) gets my Autumn instincts going full tilt, I find it helps to channel my nesting energy into prepping some warm savory meals.
Maybe you’ve just endured a miserable outdoor sporting event, or spent hours taking care of some yard work, or even just finished up the daily chores; either way, there’s nothing better than coming in from the cold and sharing a hot meal. Hopefully this week’s meal plan can warm you up.
