We’ve been watching our fair share of March Madness the past few days, getting our hearts pumping with those last second shots, and always, always rooting for the underdog. Our Buckeyes are out of the tourney as of last night, so I’ll admit my interest from here on out is less than enthusiastic, but I’m sure we’ll still have a few upsets to enjoy.
I’m really excited about this week’s menu plan. We don’t make a lot of pork in this house, but those Garlic Herb Pork Chops are calling my name! I’m excited to give them a try and hopefully expand my pork cooking skills in the process. I hope you all have a great week!
