This week was quintessential summertime around these parts. We kept busy with VBS, swim lessons, and a trip to the Ohio State Fair. This week, we’re getting ready for my son’s fourth (FOURTH?!) birthday party, so things won’t be slowing down just yet.
Quick meals with all the fresh summer produce are still the name of the game around these parts, and we’ve got a bunch for you this week. But what I’m really swooning over is that Watermelon Slushy. Yowza, what a treat for a hot day!

Summer produce is in full swing and with it comes some of the best simple summer meals. This meal plan includes five dinners, a breakfast idea, drink, and two killer desserts.
