This Greek Dip is creamy, refreshing, and (here’s one you don’t hear very often this time of year) healthy!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. hummus (homemade or your favorite store brand)
  • 4 oz. feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 small cucumber (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pita chips (for serving)

Instructions

  • Spread hummus across the bottom of a pie plate.
  • Layer feta and vegetables on top of the hummus in concentric circles, alternating colors. I did a ring of feta, then cucumber, red pepper, olives, green pepper, and more feta. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and finish with a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
  • Serve with pita chips.

Notes

  • You can swap out the veggies but I love keeping this to a Mediterranean theme!
