Honey Syrup

The simplest honey syrup made with just honey and hot water! Easily add a touch of sweetness to mocktails, lattes, cakes, waffles, and more!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup liquid honey
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Instructions

  • Combine the honey and hot water in a container with a tight fitting lid. Seal then shake until well combined.
  • If you have really hard or crusty old honey, place the water and honey in a small pot on the stove. Heat over medium heat until honey has softened and is well combined with the water.

Notes

  • Honey can be stored in a container at room temperature for 5-7 days. If you'd like to keep it longer, refrigerate.
