Fresh summer berries, whipped cream, and angel food cake make for a light and refreshing summer dessert!

Ingredients
 

  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Cool Whip or Fresh Whipped Cream
  • Angel Food Cake (torn or chopped into bite sized pieces)

Instructions

  • In individual glasses or a large trifle bowl, layer torn angel food cake, berries, and whipped cream, then repeat.
  • My layers looked like this: angel food, strawberries, whipped cream, angel food, blueberries, whipped cream, angel food, whipped cream, raspberries. Feel free to mix it up if you'd like!

Notes

  • Store in the fridge until ready to serve. You should serve this within 2 days.
  • Nutrition assumes 1 slice of cake, 1/2 cup berries, and 1/2 cup cool whip.
