Weekly Family Meal Plan 117

Hey there HEY! The year is 2018. The temperature is 3. It is COLD. Besides the frigid temps, how is the new year treating you? I’ve spent a lot of time hunkered under a blanket with a cup of hot tea, planning and dreaming for the coming year. One of my more immediate goals is a little January reset, which includes a return to healthier, whole foods and a more normal rhythm of eating. If you have some healthy food goals for the new year, I hope this week’s collection of recipes can help you get started on the right foot!
