Hey there HEY! The year is 2018. The temperature is 3. It is COLD. Besides the frigid temps, how is the new year treating you? I’ve spent a lot of time hunkered under a blanket with a cup of hot tea, planning and dreaming for the coming year. One of my more immediate goals is a little January reset, which includes a return to healthier, whole foods and a more normal rhythm of eating.
