A Farmer’s Market Inspired Menu Plan
One of my absolute favorite ways to spend a Saturday morning is strolling through our local farmer’s market. We’re lucky to live in a city with multiple farmer’s markets, each with their own unique offerings. Booths of pretty wildflower bouquets, sourdough loaves, mounded pints of berries, and dirt crusted veggies line the streets, and we take the morning slow, enjoying all the sights, smells, and free samples the market has to offer.
I try to plan some of our meals before we head to the market so I know what we need, and then buy a few fun things to improvise for the rest of our meals. This week, my friends and I have put together a menu plan inspired by all the gorgeous in season produce of your local markets. This bright and colorful meal plan is perfect for summer nights!
