We’re closing out September with a collection of recipes that attempts to balance the still-80-degree-weather with the fact that it’s officially fall and all I want are comfort foods and apples and pumpkin all day every day.
I went back to basics with this menu plan and used a formula that seems to help when I get in a dinner making rut:
- Vegetarian
- Tacos
- Soup (or swap a grilling night in the warmer months)
- Pasta
- Pizza
This ensures we still get a lot of variety in our meals, but also gives me a structure to work around when my brain isn’t feeling the least bit creative. I hope you enjoy this week’s selections!
