The Ultimate Easter Brunch Menu

I don’t know how or when Easter brunch became a thing, but it seems appropriate that a holiday which celebrates resurrection and new life would begin with a morning feast.
Brunch is the meal where anything goes. You can eat pancakes or a burger, eggs or salad. One of my local restaurant favorites even serves a french toast platter with scoops of cinnamon ice cream on top. So yes, you can even eat ice cream for brunch. Enjoy!

Hi Courtney, love this. Would you like to share this with the other participants in Food on Friday over at Carole’s Chatter? I have a weekly link up party – each week there is a different ingredient or theme. The current theme is Easter Food!
You can see upcoming themes in one of the pages at the top of my home page. If you would like to join in the fun please schedule a reminder for each week. The collection starts at 7am Friday New Zealand time – which might be some time Thursday your time – I do find time zones quite confusing. Hope to see you soon. Cheers, Carole
Make ahead dishes are a must for a holiday brunch, thank you for sharing! I have to ask, where do you get french toast with ice cream? That sounds fabulous!
It’s at Wolf’s Ridge Brewing in Columbus, OH and it IS fabulous!
Oh man that quiche has me rethinking my brunch plans
Doooo it! 🙂
