Yesterday, I hit 38 weeks pregnant! Eek! As I typed that, the final countdown song started playing in my head. Bah-da-duh-duh! Bah-da-dum-dum-dum! My days now swing between bursts of energy in which I must ACCOMPLISH ALL THE THINGS and total crashes, in which I lay on the couch and eat potato chip crumbs off my belly.
At this point, it’s safe to say that cutesy, glowy period of pregnancy is in the rearview mirror. Thankfully, it has finally cooled off here in Ohio, so I can spend the remainder of my pregnancy in leggings, loose cardigans, and a shirt that hopefully mostly covers my belly. Cooler temps also means comfort food is on the menu on repeat: chilis, pastas, APPLE CAKE. Ahhhh. Now all I need is a baby to snuggle, and these fall vibes will be complete.
