Weekly Family Meal Plan 149
It seems most people fall into one of two camps: either you don’t think pumpkin should dare to show its face until September, or you made your first batch of pumpkin bread in late July and are currently enjoying the scent of your favorite pumpkin spice candle wafting through the air.
I tend to fall in the first camp. In late August, I’m still loving peaches and heirloom tomatoes, but I do find myself thinking more and more about my favorite fall recipes. This week’s meal plan has something for both camps, including a fresh and colorful summer salad, a honey peach pork tenderloin, and a cozy sweet potato pasta. Before you know it, we’ll be making bit pots of chili and apple dumplings, so I’m going to do my best to enjoy these last few weeks of summer-inspired recipes.
