I have been fighting off a wicked chest cold all week, so I’ve barely cooked. (Side note: why is it that our child’s minor cold is somehow THE PLAGUE when it gets transferred to us?). I’m just beginning to see the light at the end of this hot tea and Vic’s Vapor Rub tunnel, and I’m looking forward to getting back in the kitchen this week.
This week’s meals are exactly what you’d expect for December–lots of slow cooker meals (because weeknights be CRAZY this time of year), soups, and comfort food.
