42 Mint Recipes to Make this Summer

Is mint overtaking your backyard? Put it to good use with over 40 refreshing mint recipes for drinks, desserts, and everything in between.

A refreshing collection of 42 sweet and savory recipes using fresh mint!

For as long as I can remember, we’ve had a patch of spearmint leaves in our backyard. Growing up, we mainly used it for copious amounts of sweet spearmint tea. It was our signature summer beverage–refreshing, light, and sweet enough to give you a little Southern drawl.

Many homes, apartments, and backyards later, the Mr. and I have our own unruly patch of mint, this time growing in the alley behind our house. I never planted it there. It just kind of showed up one day, and it’s been flourishing ever since. Mint is certainly the weed of the herb family, and while it’s ambitious growth can be overwhelming, there are so many ways to put this sweet smelling herb to use. From cocktails to salads to ice cream, here are 42 recipes from NeighborFood and other bloggers to use up that wild and untamed fresh mint!
